Electronic Consent (E-Consent)

By submitting a request through the Personify Financial website, you consent to conduct business with us and our participating providers electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications required or permitted to be provided to you under applicable law may be provided to you in electronic form.

Scope of Electronic Communications

Electronic communications covered under this consent include, but are not limited to:

  • Requests submitted through our website
  • Offers presented by participating providers
  • Privacy notices, terms of service, and other policy documents
  • Account-related communications from providers

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic communications, you must have:

  • A device with an active internet connection
  • A current web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
  • A valid email address capable of receiving messages
  • Sufficient storage to save electronic records, or the ability to print them

Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time by contacting us at support@personifinancial.com or by mail at 2203 Rubaiyat Road, Suite 300, Calabasas, CA 91302. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of any electronic communications already provided to you.

Not a Lender Disclosure

Personify Financial is an online connection service, NOT a direct lender, loan broker, or credit representative. Personify Financial, LLC is not a lender, loan broker, credit representative, or financial agent. We operate strictly as a free online connection service that links consumers with independent, participating third-party providers. We do not make credit decisions, do not broker loans, and do not charge consumers any fees for our service.

Credit Authorization

By submitting a request, you authorize Personify Financial and its participating providers to obtain a consumer report and credit information about you from consumer reporting agencies. The initial inquiry is a soft credit pull that does not affect your credit score. If you choose to proceed with a specific offer, the provider may perform a hard credit inquiry, which may impact your credit score. See our Credit Authorization Notice for details.

Financing Terms Disclosure

Request amounts range from $500 to $5,000. Annual Percentage Rates (APR) range from 5.99% to 35.99%. Repayment terms range from a minimum of 91 days to a maximum of 72 months. Actual rates, fees, and terms depend on the provider, your credit profile, income, and other factors. For representative examples, see our Rates & Fees page.

State Availability

This service may not be available in all states. Residents of certain states may not be eligible for connection to a provider. It is your responsibility to verify whether this service is available in your state.

Data Sharing

By submitting your request, you authorize Personify Financial to share your information with providers and other financial service companies who may be able to offer you financing options. You may opt out of such sharing at any time by visiting our Unsubscribe page or our Do Not Sell My Info page.
