3. Eligibility

To submit a request, you must be at least 18 years of age, a US resident, and provide accurate and complete information. This service may not be available in all states. Residents of certain states may not be eligible for connection to a lender.

4. No Guarantee

Submitting a request through our Site does not guarantee that you will be connected with a provider, receive an offer, or be approved for financing. Approval is determined solely by the provider based on their own criteria.

5. Financing Terms

Request amounts range from $500 to $5,000. Annual Percentage Rates (APR) range from 5.99% to 35.99%. Repayment terms range from a minimum of 91 days to a maximum of 72 months. Actual rates, fees, and terms vary by provider and depend on your credit profile, income, and other factors.

6. Credit Inquiry

Submitting a request involves a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. If a provider approves your request and you choose to proceed, the provider may perform a hard credit inquiry as part of their final review, which may impact your credit score.

7. Data Sharing Consent

By submitting a request, you authorize Personify Financial to share your information with participating providers and other financial service companies. You may opt out of such sharing at any time by visiting our Unsubscribe page.

8. Limitation of Liability

Personify Financial is not responsible for any financing terms, rates, or decisions made by providers. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or your interactions with providers.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
